I loathe word names. Annoying isn't really the right word, but sure.
With that said, I don't know if I like the -ter sound but I do like Win-. Winny is kind of cute on a kid, and I can see Win as she matures. It's certainly what I'd go by if it was my name. "Can't lose when your name is Win"
I'm not sure the time of year would matter. I know several Autumn's born different times of the year.
