What do you think of this Italian & Portuguese variant of Undine? I've always wanted to like Undine because of its meaning & mythical significance, but I never could warm up to it. Ondina, however, is romantic and beautifully languid; I'm quite fond of it!

I personally prefer Ondine. It sounds stronger and more mystical somehow.

I really like this name.
I love water and mythology and this name is Italian despite being rare!

Ondina Sibyl
Ondina Pearl

Ondina Dorothy but maybe too many 'd'...

It has a beautiful ring to it but probably not something I would use IRL. That aside, I admire these:

Ondina Charlotte (Very beautiful. Also Charlotte happens to be the middle name of my youngest neice. Slightly biased though I have adored the name long before her arrival)

Ondina Clare (Claire is how I would spell it. Clare looks unnatractive even and a bit masculine)

Ondina Frances: Frances is pretty much "meh" but the flow of this is superb!

Ondina Margaret

Ondina Violet

There were other that I like individually but didn't care for the sound of the combo like Eloise, Emily, Juliet, Lillian & Zoe.
