Dylan is way too masculine, and Demi is too associated with Demi Lovato.

I say Dylan is really unremarkable and uninteresting on a boy. PUtting it on a girl does not make it any more amazing.
I don't dislike Demi, really. It's fine.

Demi would be a cute nickname for Demetria (or maybe Dimitria?) but because it means half, and that doesn't seem like enough of a name to me personally. Dylan is a boys name to me.

Dylan: Nope, too masculine
Demi: Yes but only as a nickname

Dylan is all boy to me (though I don't care for it much). Demi is cute as a nn.

Hi Billina !!!Dylan on a girl?
No thanks. In mythology Dylan is a male. Bob Dylan too. There is not any reason to consider it feminine. It is a surname, true, so if you want to honour someone it is ok. This is just not my case.Demi is absoloutly feminine! Demi Moore, Demi Lovato and ultimately the goddess of earth (Demeter and its forms). Demi is sweet but very nicknamey so I would use a full form of it.

Bob Dylan was born Robert Zimmerman and he probably took it because it was nicer to say or something like that, but I agree.
