Hello Felie, happy new year!Enea - never heard of this before. It looks a bit feminine. It is okay.
Elia - I like it and I feel that it is more masculine than Enea in sound. However, I know a girl named Elea so it has a bit of a unisex vibe even though it is probably strictly masculine, I guess.
Tobia - I don't really like it. In Austria Tobias nn Tobi used to be very common. It is boring to me.
Agostino - I never cared for this, I think of Gigi D'Agostino (I think that is his name).
Guglielmo - It is too long and strange but I do like Elmo, I think it's cute but not sure how usable that would be.
Carlo - I really like it, it used to be a favorite. I think it's nice.
Mario - this is really boring and bland to me and I knew a guy named this whom I didn't like.
Ottavio - it is too much. Just like Octavia feels to long and elaborate for a girl. It is not just the length, also the sound. Ophelia rolls of the tongue but Octavia doesn't.
Gioele (or Joele) - hmmm no, I would prefer Joel or Gabriel. Joele is too close to Joelle which is feminine here.
Santiago - I kind of like it, but I think I prefer just Tiago which is really nice.
Damiano - Damian, Damon, Damiano etc. always just make me think of 'demon', doesn't help that it was used in horror movies for evil kids.
