I feel like it's a mix of Julia and June. I'd prefer June, but I think Junia's still nice.Junia Michelle seems sweet. Julia Lavender is a bit more funky. Junia Hazel sounds most on-trend.
Junia Christine does nothing for me, but it sounds fine.

It sounds like Junior in a weird accent. I remember a lot of people made fun of Dale Earnhardt JR. by mocking calling him June-ya.

I'm actually surprised how much I dislike Junia. Perhaps because it sounds so very close to Junior? Junia Hazel sounds the best out of your suggestions, but then, I don't like Hazel either!
