I love it. I have a strong preference for Irish and Gaelic names in general though.

Love it. It's been a favorite for at least 10 years.

I like it! It's a handsome, guy-next-door type of name. Same goes for Connor / Conor.

I don’t mind it, but my brain automatically changes it to Korean. I know they don’t sound the same, but that’s what my brain does every time I see it, so it makes it less “namely” to me, and more of a “thing”. There are a few names that my brain just does that with, not a lot, But that’s one of them.

I don't really like the spelling. I do like Kiera for a girl. But Kieran looks unappealing to me. I'd like it a lot more of Ciaran was the established spelling, but you'd always have to explain it.

I really dislike the sound of Kieran, it sounds whiny. Not a fan at all.

I am the horrified aunt of Travis and Kieran, and both names lack distinction, had sudden bursts of popularity and are now fading, but not soon enough. Like 4th-league footballers with day jobs on a building site. (Actually, both nephews are bright and pleasant. it isn't their fault!)

I really don’t like it. And I don’t have a great association with it. I like the look of Ciaran though.

Adore it. I think it works well on all levels and at all ages. It's one of my favorites.
