BA- Cousin's baby
My cousin, Kirralei, and her husband, Mehai, welcomed a girl yesterday:Eva Alexis, a little sister for Zara Aaliyah.WDYT? Personally, I don't like Eva at all (I much prefer Zara) and I find that their FN/ MN combos don't flow very well due to having both FNs end in A and then both MNs start with A. I do think Zara and Eva fit well as sisters- one unusual letter each; both short, trendy names- but I can't help wishing it was Zara and Alexis!

Kirralei and Mehai are very interesting, what is the background of these names? Eva is very pretty, as is Zara Aaliyah. I think Eva and Zara make great sisters.

Kirralei is a variant of the Australian name Kirrily. Mehai's family is Romanian =)

I like Eva much more than Zara. Eva has an exciting but genteel feel. Zara has a rough, clumsy feel. But that's just me.

I like Eva Alexis and Aaliyah, but Zara makes me shudder unhappily deep inside. It sounds harsh and unfeeling. Congrats to them though! I like the couple's names.

I’m the opposite, much more fond of Eva and never really got behind the Zara craze. I agree they do work well as siblings though.

I like Zara best of the two as well.

I actually prefer Eva and Zara/ Zara and Eva to Eva and Alexis. It’s a nice sibset. Eva Alexis doesn’t flow that well but it’s not bad.

Wow, a family of Kirralei, Mehai, Eva and Zara is very exciting. Honestly I'm more intrigued by the names of your cousin and her husband!
