Marckensy
Today on tv there was a man called Marckensy WDYT?
It was pronounced as it looks like a smush between Marc and McKenzie. I’m not a fan and would rather call them Mark or McKenzie. I like Mark but am not a huge fan of McKenzie. No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled. Nor will we proceed with force against him except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land. To no one will we sell, to no one deny or delay right or justice.

I read it as “Mackenzie “ of which I’m not a fan at all.

Ghastly! Like taking Ronald and Reginald and making Roginald. And my pronunciation guess would have been MARkinzy.

Don't really like it and I'd prefer Mark

Ugh, no. I usually like combined names because I think it's so romantic when parents smush their names together for a kid, but this is too...odd...

Um, no.

It looks like a comically mispronounced Mackenzie. Or a weird Polish last name.
