I didn't see the point of it when it first appeared as a (presumably) new and trendy alternative to Jean, Jane, Jennifer etc. And I certaily don't see the point of it, now that the newness has worn off.

Jennifer's cooler cousin. Jenna is city chic, like a high powered exec or a TV star. Plus it gives the hit nickname "Jen" / "Jenn". It also rhymes with Lena

It’s okayIt just isn’t my style. But I don’t mind it. It just seems a little more commonly popular than I prefer. I like unusual names!
