It’s an alright name, but it’s been used so much I’m bored of it.

I hate this name because I have so many bad personal associations, plus it's so common and dated. I feel bad because it's a biblical name. I like it better as a middle name, but I still won't use it.

A bit of both. But horribly overused for sure. And it had a longer run of super popularity than most names do. I find that interesting. I know tons of older men named Michael, who mostly go by Mike. Then I know an equally large group of younger men who use Michael in full with no nickname. Plus it's one of the most generic of middle names. It really could use a rest at this point.

An unrepentant classic for all ages. It's like Alexander, Marcus & Thomas. Never truly goes out of style.

It's a good biblical name AND terribly overused.

It's terribly overused, because it's a good bible name.)) But I prefer Michael - (MI-kha-ehl), Mikael - MEE-kah-ehl, or simply Mika.
