I think it’s cute. I’m not sure I’d use it for a baby girl but I’d definitely use it as a name for a book character. I knew a girl who spelled it Tabatha.

I’ve liked this name for years, thanks to the cute little girl on Bewitched! I then went to school with a rather nasty Tabitha, so she put me off the name for a while. All that said, I came back to the name years ago and still like it a lot. One of my DSs does a gymnastics class and in the older class there is a girl named Tabitha. It’s nice to hear the name actually, particularly with her mums lovely South African accent.

Love Tabitha. It's witchy in a fun, bright sort of way. I also like the cat connections.

Very feline, shortening as it does to Tabby. Mildly attractive, but I much prefer Talitha.

This has consistently been in my top 5 for a while, I love it! It's classy and vintage with a bit of a spunky witchy feel. I also live the nickname Tabby, I think it's adorable.

It's a nice name with several good associations. It has a lot of personality and energy. I've known about 4 in my life so far, 3 were middle aged women named for the Bewitched character, so it does seem a little dated rt now, and the other is a college classmate of mine that is in her mid-20s but it suites her well. Tabby is cute but I like how this classmate is often referred to as just "Tabs". I consider this name a spiritual sister to Agatha, though the more attractive one of the 2.

It's my name and I love it. I was annoyed by it as a kid, with all the older people asking me to twitch my nose, but Bewitched isn't so ubiquitous now so it's hardly mentioned anymore. I liked that show anyway though, and I like Halloween and witchy stuff so I don't really mind like I once did. Nicknames I get most are Tab, Tabs, and Tabby. I'm Aunt Tabby to my niece and nephew (6 and 4).
