Posh British siblings (Willoughby)
Posting another set of siblings from Telegraph birth announcements. These sets all include a Willoughby. I'm having fun pulling these together, so please let me know if you have any requests (I've already checked out Cosima, Romilly, Bluebell, Tarquin, Fenella, and Barnaby, though I've only posted Cosmo so far: https://www.behindthename.com/bb/baby/5317541).What do you think of Willoughby? Any favorite combos or sibsets? Any interesting trends or repetitions you notice? Anything that truly makes you roll your eyes?Geordie Leo Seabrooke

Geordie Leo is actually nice. Never heard of Geordie before.Alexander Fox is classy and cool yet spunky and brave. It sounds like it sound be the name of a character in a kids cartoon, not in a bad way!Isabel Lyra is cute. Regal, and whimsical. I prefer Isabelle to Isabel, but Isabelle Lyra and Isabel Lyra are just same.Valentina Aspara Evalyn is weirdly airy and different. I like Valentina a lot, never heard of Aspara, and Evalyn is just nice. Evelyn is nice too.Edward Alexander Louis? Ooh. Talk about regal.Otto Rex Willoughby is actually hella cool. And I don’t even like Otto.Eliza Grace Beatrix could be better, but I love Beatrix, and Eliza is zesty and unique, yet classic. Grace, is; Grace! Perfectly graceful and goes well in between.Ella Rose Jeannine is so basic yet beautiful. Ella Rose is especially boring as basic. I’m kinda happy they added that Jeannine there.Darwin Albert David makes the combo a little awkward with the same 2 syllables each name, but it sounds very intelligent. Like this is the kind of name a genius would probably have. I like how the initials are Dad, lol.

Daisy Honor SantaSince Willow is a longtime feminine favorite of mine, I have difficulty embracing Willoughby as a masculine name due to it being so similar. It also makes me think of prep schools and popped collars.Of the names posted, I like:Alexander Fox & Isabel Lyra (even though I normally don't care for Lyra)
William Grey (is Howick actually pronounced closer to "Haik"?)
ELiza
Ella Rose (but not with Jeannine)
Loveday Celestine
Robin Willoughby
Camilla Mary
Willoughby Hugh Clifford
Willoughby Robert John & Honor Matilda
Willoughby Sebastian Auberon & Amelia Scarlett India
Joseph Willoughby Bradshaw & Theodore David
Anastasia, Octavia & Antonia Charlotte Eve (but William with Willoughby in the came combo is way too much Will)
Amelie Tabitha & Willoughby Otto
Florence
Harrison Willoughby SimonEdit: changed title, because "Daisy Honor Santa" might be the worst name I've ever seen. And that's tough competition. Allegedly posh, educated, and sophisticated parents actually did this to their daughter?

Geordie Leo & Toby Willoughby - I hate Georgie, but Geordie seems much better for some reason and works with Toby.Yoenram? Interesting.Otto Rex Willoughby (Casper, Otto, and Eliza) is pretty cute.Rufus and Bruno!
And Darwin. These sound primarily like dog names to me, maybe because they're so posh. :)Daisy Honor Santa with Felix is fun.Loveday Celestine Primrose Kennedy and Clement Willoughby Francis St George - wowzer, I love it (could have done without Kennedy, though).Willoughby Patrick Ernest & Clementine Isabel Lily seem nice.Jonty Thomas Barnaby is delightful.Mildmay is also delightful.Honor Matilda Alice - another Honor, hmm.Zeke Willoughby - I think Zeke is cute.Anastasia and Antonia in the same sibset is meh.Florence and Georgiana are nice together. There were multiple Felix, Hector, Otto, Barnaby, India, Eliza...

Loveday and Clement is a glorious sibset! I agree with Martha that Kennedy needs to go. Loveday Celestine Primrose is gorgeous.I also love Willoughby, Marietta, and Celestia.

Loveday Celestine Primrose Kennedy
Clement Willoughby Francis St GeorgeOh my my my. My mind is filled with visions of country houses and double-barreled last names and nannies and jam roly-poly. So really, what I know about the British upper-crust comes from period dramas and my love of cozy mysteries, so I'm sure this is over-the-top, but I'm having fun. I really do love Loveday and Clement as siblings. I think these names are wonderfully whimsical. I could do without Kennedy but I'm nitpicking. Am again reminded of how much I love Antonia. Jonty is totally repulsive. Milo and Felix and Ophelia seem old hat, though if I saw any of these IRL I'd love them. Georgiana is so pretty. India is just not good. Like posh British people should absolutely not be using it. I'd love triplets named Loveday, Antonia, and Georgiana. But are Georgiana and Antonia too close? Probably. Oh well. I'm going to go do a search for Bluebell. How ridiculous.

I like Bluebell. :)

You should do Lilibet next for families that took Harry's lead so far. It would be interesting to see the sibsets for that one.Alexander Fox Neill is ridiculously posh & I'm here for it. I like Beatrice Isabella May it's cutesy but not too much.
I like the sibset of Anastasia, Octavia, Antonia, & William though I wonder why Anastasia doesn't have any middle names listed.I think Henry John Francis is the most aristocratic of the bunch. Ophelia Beatrice Rose is charmingCelestia Emilia Grace is a bit of a mouthfulDaisy Honor Santa? How odd lol too wordy imoAmelie Tabitha has a nice flow to itGeorgiana India Margaret is fabulous & I will stan.
