The meaning is bleh, and the name is uncomfortably long.

You love the meaning "Hunter's town"? It sounds awful and I don't like it at all, I'm not a big fan of Hunter, but its a million miles better.

I know a set of brothers named Hunter and Reddington. This is literally smooshing their names into one. I know that’s a personal problem, but that’s all I can think of.

The... meaning? "Hunting estate?"It's exactly the same as the name Hunter mixed with the name Carrington. So, rustic/outdoors/primal + preppy. That's its cultural meaning. Its literal meaning is no more romantic than "subdivision" or "McMansion."

All I can think of is Huntington's Disease

Well, it's not exactly out of place among current surname-name trends, but I don't see how there's anything inspiring about that meaning. It feels very impersonal.
