It's beautiful. Another mythological -thea name I like is Amalthea, but it's less usable than Anthea.

I don't like it. I always think of a stadium anthem. Or a flea. I don't know why.

I really like it

I personally prefer Athena, even if it is currently the more "trendy" one. Anthea is nice but it feels slightly awkward in my mouth for some reason.

I really like it. Fantastic alternative to Athena. Would use it if I didn't happen to slightly prefer about 15 other feminine names ending with -a. Apparently I really like that ending sound...

Absolutely gorgeous. I like Anthea because it's sounds like Althea. :)

A couple of years ago I was enamoured of Anthea.
And today I still think it deserves more... fame? love? Whatever)))
Also I prefer it to Athena.
For me there is only one 'drawback' — that tricky -th- sound.

I like it; not enough to use, but that's just because there are many names I like more. What really does appeal to me is that it has no obvious nns: the Anthea people I know go by the full form all the time.

Oh, I think it's gorgeous.

I want to like it, and I think it sounds lovely, but I've only read books with horrible characters named Anthea. I therefor dislike the name.
