SandroAugusta
Aurora - only as a MN because I have a cousin named Aura
Cosima - this one makes me a bit iffy, though, because it reminds me of the Finnish word "kosiminen" = proposing marriage (and derived words such as "kosimakirje" = marriage proposal letter)
Eleonora / Leonora
Elsa
Elvira
Ester
Irene

Hmm, interesting question. I'm not of Italian descent, so I probably wouldn't use an Italian name. That said, I am Hispanic and love many Spanish names that are also used in Italian. In the US, I think it's more common to think of these names (including Luna, one example you mentioned), as Spanish rather than Italian. These are some of the Italian names used in the US where I would not necessarily expect the bearer to be of Italian descent: Dante, Gianna, Isabella, Matteo, Enzo, Gabriella, Arianna, Giovanni, Giuliana, Angelina, Gia, Angelo, Mario, Romeo, Santino, Francesca, Luca. I could see a few other names going in that direction over the next decade or so: Elia, Elio, Renzo, Chiara, Giulia, Alessia, Giada, Gioia, Antonella, Livia, Cosima, Vito, Aida, Raffaella. And here are some of the Italian names I like best. Not sure I would use any of these, but I'm quite fond of them all: Orlando, Ottavio, Ottavia, Vittorio, Vittoria, Falco, Saverio, Dante,

Any of them potentially ;-)This said I like those that are easy to pronounce internationally. Actual favorites I would have used on kids include Allegra, Caterina, Donato and Arturo.
