Elsie or Mabel
Considering baby 4, I love both Elsie & Mabel (both family names on hubby's side). We would likely use Rose or Anne (also both family names) as a middle name. Other suggestions welcome we prefer older names but easy to say & spell. Siblings Amy-Louise (goes by Amy or Louie), Thomas (just Thomas) & Toby. Last name sounds like Picture.

I love both names, you can’t go wrong with either. I actually know a girl named Elsie Rose, Rose was after her grandmother or great grandmother. Mabel Rose would be beautiful too.

Both are lovely! I prefer Mabel as it’s one of my favourite names. Elsie is nice, but I like it more as a nickname for Elspeth, and it’s really popular right now. My favourite combo is Mabel Rose.Other suggestions: (basically my whole girls list haha)

I love Elspeth and I had it on my list for both boys but hubby doesn't like it. A lot of those names I either can't use or are on my longer list. I will go through them all and add ones to my list.

Amy and Elsie pleases me more than Amy and Mabel. What about Rosanne for a middle name?

Rosanne is one I would consider and is on the longer list. I'm not 100% if we are going to use a hyphenated first name like Amy.

I love the sound of Elsie more. Elsie Rose Anne or just simply Elsie Rose would be very pretty. Even if Rose is a tad generic as a middle name.Maisy / Maisie

I think the best combo would be Mabel Rose. I think it’s a lot prettier than Mabel Anne.
Personally, I don’t like Elsie because it’s too reminiscent of Elsa and feels too nicknamey. I’d prefer Elise. Ultimately though, it’s your choice not mine. Some suggestions (could be either middle or first): Elizabeth

Thank you. Elise I've never really liked. A lot of those names I can't use I have a big family and most of the kids are girls. Vera I love Vera Elsie is the name of a family member I think Vera is slightly too old fashioned sounding. Which is why we were considering Elsie instead of Vera.I like Evelyn it was going to be Toby's name if he was a girl.
