One Syllable Names

I have a love for one syllable names - my best friend is the exact opposite, the longer the better hahaSo my question, do you have a preference? Any favorites? Would love to hear any suggestions to add to my list! Girls:Rae

For girls, my favourites are Anne, Eve, June, Rose, Joy and Mae. For boys, my favourites are Clark (only on boys - just my preference), Hal, Jude, Rex and Jed.

And it totally works. 😁 I even named one of my main characters in my trilogy series Shane, who often goes by Shay as a nickname. I also think it could work as a nn to Seamus.

I don’t really have any preferences regarding the number of syllables. There are an equal amount of one syllable names and three/four syllable names I love.
