Is it? Halow, or Harlow, or something else? Can't say I like any of them, but inventions and lnfns aren't my style.

My theory is just, popular sounds... Har- like Harper, arl like Arlo and Charlotte and Scarlett, -oh ending sound like Willow which is vaguely masc but non-mannish.I don't really like it.
I like Margot, and Meadow, Cielo, and Willow more.
I like it about the same as Halo and Rio.
I like Marlowe, Cleo, Shiloh, and Indigo a bit less.

May be rising in popularity because:1. An alternative to Harper
2. Popularity of names ending in "lo" such as Willow, Margot, Arlo
3. Last name, first nameJean Harlow, an actress, was a sex symbol in the 1930s who died young.

It probably started getting recognition after Nicole Richie named her daughter that, and rose in popularity from there. I like it.
