Adrienne...
Would you think that this name could honor my brother, whose name is Andrew? It shares the A-dr- sounds- I really don't like Andrea. Thanks!

I'd say go for it. They both have the 'a' and the 'drrr' sound. I have a similar name (Adriarne), it's a cool name and not many girls I know have it (actually just me). My cousin is named Andrea, too!

No.. well, if you say it does, it does, but I don't see it. (I like it though, and Andrea as well, by the way.) - chazda

sorta...I had a friend named Adrienne, Andrienne, changing it a bit, anyways, if your thinking about naming you kid that, I love it, Adrienne will be a smart beautiful popular and good actor and creative and very popular and her voice will be strong and heard but also pretty voice will get records!

I love Adrienne!! Adriana is great too.
To honour Andrew, why not Ana, Andy, Andiana, Drew...

Get Creative!I love the name, but I wouldn't think you were honoring an Andrew. How about you get creative? Try Charlotte. Andrew and Charlotte mean the same thing.Lala

If you used Adrienne, most people would think the brother you were honoring was an Adrian, not an Andrew. So I wouldn't use it for that reason.
