I like the name for a boy, but prefer the spelling Jet. Jetta is just horrible in my opinion, sorry.

I actually like Jett for both (more for a boy though) my Aunty's boyfriend has a son named Jett and was going to name him Jett even if he was a girl, I have also heard of Jetlyn for a girl. I don't like Jetta though. ;P

I dislike both of them. A Jetta is a car, and probably what most people would think of if they heard the name.

I really don't like either

Jett reminds me of the Jetsons, or a plane.A Jetta is a car, so no way.

Jett sounds alright. I like it, but I'd never use it.
Jetta . . . for some reason, I've always like how it sounds. Unfortunately it is the name of a car, which ruined it for me. :-(
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

To me, Jett makes me think of a jet or jet black. Or John Travolta's son (i.e., a trendy celeb kid's name). A Jetta is a Volkswagen. :b

I don't really like it. WhenI think Jett, I think jet, which makes me think jet fuel. Also, it was the name of a kid in a TV series in the late '90s ir early 2000's. Dreams are necessary to life.

Isn't Jett short for Jack or John or something? My cousin-in-law is marrying a guy named "Jett", but I think it's a nn that he goes by as opposed to his given name.I like the name, but perhaps only as a nn or mn.I like Jett better for a girl than Jetta. No one will get past the whole VW comparison.

I don't like them for a name to be honest, either of them. Jetta is the nicest though.

I could see Jett on a man with a British accent. That makes the name work for me. Jetta, I'm not so sure about. Jetta seems a little futuristic to me.

Jett sound ok to me, I like it
Jetta is ok too, but I don't like it. For a girl I prefer Jet, if you're looking for a name with Jet in it. I used to go to school with a girl named Jet (pr. YET) I like it.

Jett has a certain cool factor for me, so I would appreciate it on someone else's kid--but not on my own. I still think of The Famous Jett Jackson, an old TV show that aired on the Disney Channel when I was younger. Jetta is a car. And not an American made car, either, so I can't even let it pass on that point. ;) I've got to say no.Array
