What do you think? Should I add it to my list?

I wouldn't add it myself.
I studied Russian in high school and college. It took me a while to get this was a form of Angela. Are you sure that's the transliteration? If I recall correctly, the Russians would pronounce Angela with a hard "g," the way the Germans do. But I could be wrong.
Anyway, the whole thing is needlessly complicated / not worth the trouble -- to me at least. If this is a family name, then keep it in the mn spot.
Anzhela has a beautiful sound to it, I'll grant you. But it *looks* so awkward I can't recommend it. This coming from a woman who would name her first born dd Niamh? If you love it, you love it. :-)

How are you pronouncing it?
Unless you're Russian, I'm gonna go with no. It doesn't look very nice at all.
