Aylin / Aylen is a lovely name. I pronounce both AY-lin, however you may be saying EYE-lin.I LOVE the name Ayla (AY-la) though, and do prefer it over Aylin : )

I prefer Ayla. I'm not sure how you're pronouncing them, though. AY-lah and AY-lin or EYE-lah and EYE-lin? The former, AY-lin, is a little too close to the word "alien" imo. Either way, Aylin and Ayla look trendy and made up (even though I know Ayla isn't...not sure about Aylin). I know an Ailyn (she's Filipino) and she pronounced it like Eileen.

I like Aylin. I like Ayla too. I really don't have a preference.

Aylin doesn't sound very feminine to me, and the spelling isn't very appealing - kinda made up looking. Ayla is a little better, but still nothing that catches my eye. I wouldn't go for either, but of the two - Ayla.

It's not bad, but slightly trendy sounding. The meaning is lovely.I'd probably love it if it didn't sound like the Taylin, Caylin, Jaylen, etc. names that are so popular right now.It is something that could definetely grow on me, though.I like both Aylin and Ayla. Both are nice!
