Hailey or Hayley?
WdYT of Hailey or Hayley for a girl. I know that this name can be for either, which is a big turnoff for me. Is Hayley more for a boy or a girl? Top 12 namesEmma, Emily, Anna, Elizabeth, Erica, Charlotte, Catherine, Chealsea, Jennifer, Jessica, Jocelyn.

I don't see Hailey, Hayley, Haley, Hayleigh, Haylie or any other spelling of this name as a boys name. They are all girls names to me. Of all the possible spellings, I think I prefer Hayley.Photobucket - Video and Image HostingLoving the names Alexa Cheyenne, Autumn Corinne, Owen Seth and Oliver Nicholas

I don't like it, it's ugly to me. They're for girls, imo. I prefer Hailey.

Hayley's ok. It's not a favorite but it's not horrible either. Since it means 'hay clearing,' I prefer the original spelling, Hayley. With Hailey, I think hail and am frankly surprised this spelling is so popular.I see Hayley as strictly feminine.

I slightly prefer Hailey, but Hayley is fine as well. I have only met girls with this name, so I tend to think of it as a girls' name even though it can technically be used for either gender. Most people tend to think of it as a girls' name in the U.S. since it's much more common for girls.

Hayley. I think it makes the pronunciation a bit more obvious.

I prefer Hayley coz it's my daughter's name, I don't mind Hailey though. I think all Hayley names (different spellings) are feminine. Cassie Anne (not Cassandra!)

I personally don't like the name Hayley / Hailey whether it's for a boy or girl. If I had to go with one of those spellings though, I would use Hailey.
