I'd have to ditto all of the "save it for a middle name" votes. If you really wanted to tap Greek mythology, I think Dionysus or Orion fits better with Apollo and Zoe.

Use it as a Middle name.

Can't think of it as a personal name since it instantly makes me think of the river (though I do know that Styx was a personification as well). Also, the sibset is a litle bit too themey for my taste, even though I do adore Greek mythology.

Nyx would be betterStyx has both a dark mythological connotation and a silly musical one. I like Nyx much better, and it really is a girl's name.

DittoEven if Nyx does remind me of Nix lice shampoo. But that's like Allegra, in that the name came before the product by ages.

Not as a first name. It's ok as a mn though. I think a lot of people would write and think 'Sticks' after first hearing it and it's to connected to the river in the Hades for me to be able to picture it on a child.

I think they all go together and I adore Zoe.
You could add Acheron to the mix and then you would have two river names- river of woe (Acheron) and river of the underworld (Styx).

No.As a middle name, it'd be very cool. But as a first name, I find it totally and completely unappealing. And he might, too, after the thousandth person calls him Kilroy.Array
