DISCLAIMER: I'm doing what you asked & bashing as hard as I can. However, I honestly do like a lot of your combos. :o)BOYS:
William Nathaniel "Liam" - Another William. How original. And you had to make it tryndee by using the Celtic-sounding nn Liam.
Nathaniel Alexander "Nathan" - Yay! Another over-used "classic"
Ian (EE-yan) Alexander - Ian sounds like someone groaning. Adding Alexander just makes it sound like a lovers' tryst.
Jacob Oliver - You're so original! I bet he'll be the only Jacob in his class! (Sure, honey)
James Michael - James, fetch me my slippers. James, get the door. James, please see that the other servants are seeing to their tasks properly. Sounds like the name of a butler to me.
Benjamin Oliver - Aren't you worried that Ben is too common a nn? No, of course not, b/c he'll go by Jamin Oliver; so pseudo British, you'll have the rest of the subdivision thinking you're foreign.GIRLS:
Adriana (aw-dree-AW-nah/audrey-ana) Sofia - Yes, she'll never have to correct anyone on the pronunciation. Adding Sofia spelled that way was a nice touch; maybe people will think you're moving back to the mother-land soon.
Olivia Simone - *yawns* Oh, sorry, I fell asleep b/c Olivia is getting VERY bo-ring! This is a pretty good choice, though, b/c it will (almost) work on a boy: Oliver Simeon. See? Just move the 'e' in Simone & you're all set! No one will ever know he was supposed to be a she...or vice-versa.

BOYS:
William Nathaniel "Liam" - I don't really have anything bad to say about this name, except that William is starting to get to be a very popular name and I don't like popular names, but Liam is such a cute nickname, why not just name him Liam?
Nathaniel Alexander "Nathan" - I like Nathaniel as Nathaniel and not Nathan for a nickname and Alexander is an overused first and middle name (and quite boring)
Ian (EE-yan) Alexander - Ian is cute, but once again, I don't like Alexander
Jacob Oliver - Jacob is a cute name, although very popular and will most likely be called Jake, which I don't like; I love the name Oliver
James Michael - James is cute but overused and so is Michael - need at least one interesting name in the set
Benjamin Oliver - Benjamin is cute if he's called Benjamin and not Ben (although Benji is a cute nickname) and I love OliverGIRLS:
Adriana (aw-dree-AW-nah/audrey-ana) Sofia - I don't like either ways of saying the name, and people will mispronounce it all the time, plus it's a pretty ugly name; Sofia spelled like that looks weird and not as cute as Sophia
Olivia Simone - I'm starting to love the name Olivia, but I can't stand the name Simone (I knew a really annoying girl named Simone)
Olivia Claire - Claire is a cute, simple name that's coming back to popularity
Olivia Charlotte - I adore the name Charlotte and like it better as a first name instead of a middle
Audrey Charlotte - I knew a little girl named Audrey and her mom was SO annoying that I've stopped liking the name Audrey
Noelle Adriana (same pron. as above) - I like the name Noelle, especially spelled like that
Emilia (eh-mih-LEE-uh) Raquel - why not just name the girl Emily? It's much easier to say and won't be mispronounced. I hate the name Raquel, mainly because my name's Rachel and I think it sounds better (I knew twin girls named Rachel and Raquel - ridiculous!); unless you're Spanish, don't name her Raquel
Anna Hope - Anna and Hope are way to simple to be put together, you need a more interesting name to go with them because they're both cute

That's very hard for me, because we have such simular taste! I'll bash the one's I don't like:Liam - This is ONLY, and I repeat ONLY cute for a little Irish boy.Nathan - always reminds me of "naked"Ian - Sounds like the way a baby would say "eating"Adriana - Sounds like some girl with a Brooklyn accent, way too much eye liner, fake fur and nails, who's sitting next to you on the subway talking to her friend about how nausias she is. (Imagine the way nausias would sound in a nasally Brooklyn accent)Simone - A wanna be French stripper.Noelle Adriana - See Adriana but add: VERY red lipstick and a fake gold chain with Noelle in fake gold (tin) letters across her cleavage.Raquel - I see a greasy haired, middle aged hotel maid. She's smacking gum and smoking an unfiltered ciggarette all at the same time.Leila - I went to school with a girl named Leila and I hated her guts.Lila - Just too cutesy, plus for some reason I see some big-nosed country singer with puffed blonde bangs.Noelle - see above.

Adriana (aw-dree-AW-nah/audrey-ana) Sofia - Too accenty... and why not just use AY-dree-aw-nah?? And Sofia... why not Sophia?
Olivia Simone - OLIVIA? too overused and reminds me of Liv Tyler... with the Liv in it. Simone... that movie freaked me out.

Olivia Charlotte - WHY DO YOU KEEP INSISTING ON OLIVIA???? Charlotte I love though... use that instead!
