If we're really going until there's one choice left (no middle names):
DH: Theodore
DW: Victoria
DS: Ambrose
DD: Charlotte
OR if they're supposed to have middle names, and the commenter after it gets down to 2 is supposed to pick which is first and middle:
DH: Theodore Alexander
DW: Rebecca Victoria
DS: Lucas Ambrose
DD: Charlotte Veronica
DH: Theodore
DW: Victoria
DS: Ambrose
DD: Charlotte
