we have a bit of a time-skip. It's been 9 years, and most of the family's children are now legally adults. Quentin and Aliénor got married in Haiti in Aliénor's ancestral church, officiated by her uncle. They soon had another child, a son. Quentin became a doctor of near east studies, and started working on History Channel TV shows.
Sophie began studying civil engineering at the Rensselaer Polytech, and went to Hawaii on spring break, where she met her DBF, a Hawaii native born to Filippino parents. After a few weeks of traveling the islands together, He vowed to get back to her. A year later, he moved in with her at a rented studio apartment in Queens. They had a planneed pregnancy, and ended up giving birth to a son. After finishing her studies, Sophie started working as an infrastructure consultant at the New York City Council.
Flavie met her boyfriend, a native of Cuban Miami, in a self defense class she took at school. His parents sent him to an NYC boarding school so he can receive better eduction than the one offered in Florida. After graduating highschool, he plans to join the Marines.
