My first thought would be, you pronounce it exactly the way it's spelled :). But since that is not obvious to a non-Slavic speaker, here goes:
The
ya is the tricky part. It's a short
i as in
sit and an
a as in
apple blended to form one sound. Sorry, that's as best as I can explain it.
The rest is easy: VYA-ches-lav (all vowels are short)
