It would probably be (Englis) "YAY" and "YAY-BEENG", assuming the name(s) are Chinese.
I'm using "B" instead of "P" because this looks like Wade-Giles, and even though in Pinyin "B" is really a "P", it is different from Pinyin "P", which would be "P'" in Wade-Giles.
Hope there is not confusion.
