[Opinions] Something odd.....
I'm not certain if they are or are not pronounced the same. But usually you want to ask questions like this one on the facts board. Also I noticed something odd when you press Yael it says hebrew form of Jael. Then you go to Jael and it says that it comes from the hebrew name Ya'el.

I think it means Jael is the form used in English Bibles; whereas Yael is the Hebrew form.

Ah, that's probably it.But I think it would make more sense for Jael to have a link to Yael, instead of Yael having a link to Jael.

I notice things like that a lot in the database, especially concerning Greek names. Original Greek names such as Alexandros and Nikolaos are linked to their English forms.
