Isleen: since Aisling is an Irish name and Isla is to, I suppose that the beginning of the name is pronounced the same. As far as I know it is pronounced IE-la. So I think Isleen is pronounced IE-leen.

Isra: according to this website: http://aaiil.org/text/muslimnames/muslimnamesi.shtml it is pronounced Is-raa. I think the 'aa' is supposed to be a sound that is also used in the Netherlands, but I don't believe it is used in English. You come the closest to it when you pronounce it Is-rah.
