More: Nadir was born with spina bifida and deafness. His first few years will consist of risky surgeries to correct his spine, but he should be rearing and ready to go by time he needs to enter kindergarten. He can't do much now because of his spine [he can't walk], and because he's deaf it will be very difficult for him to learn how to talk, as most children learn by hearing others. He likes to watch things and is very observant. He is typically quiet and loves attention.
Seeing as you have so many children, our agency is limiting you to one child from the number agency so that families with fewer children have a chance to grow.
