I'm sorry you're lukewarm on Megan... I like Megan Victoria. :-/
Of the ones you love, I would go with Naomi Victoria Pearl, even though I like the name Margot much better. Pearl just sounds better with those two.
What about just Naomi Victoria? You could use a variant of Margaret on another baby...? Maybe...?
