I love the name Daniella, though I slightly more prefer Daniela. I agree with you that it isn't overly common like other "ella" names. It's has a sweet, feminine, sound, and is lovely imo.

I don't like the name Elaine, since it seems very dated to me, and I think that the "el" at the beginning runs together with Daniella.
