We have several pets:
Adonis (chocolate male), Alcyone (yellow female), and Ariadne (black female), Labrador Retrievers
All have very gentle, yet energetic, temperaments. Adonis is a trained service dog for Lily, and Alcyone is an unofficial therapy dog for the children.
Spock, Seven, Data, and Tuvok, cats
Spock (brown tabby, male) is very aloof, rarely spending time with us. Seven (orange tabby, female) is curious, but not overly affectionate. Data (grey and white, male) is the most affectionate of the cats, and the most patient. Tuvok (black) is also very aloof. They suit their Star Trek namesuits well.
Anificus, blacksnake.
Anificus is a snake. He stays in his tank-thing all the time, and is non-poisonous.
We also have a fairly large family already:

AS: Victor Dominic (16) - mild criminal record - 5'7" - was physically and sexually abused
AD: Kathryn Ariel (16) - anger management problems - 5'5" - was emotionally abused
ADOPTION

Our children? English, and Winter speaks some Spanish. The ones we want to adopt? English, Irish, or Spanish.
-Will you accept children with dissabilities? Write "none, minor, major" for each category:

-Will you accept pregnant teens? No.
-Will you permit the children to keep any pets that they currently have? Only if dogs, cats, or snakes. Nothing a snake could eat, obviously.

First: Vic has a mild criminal record and can be very intimidating. The child should not be easily frightened by teenage males. Lily's two older brothers, in their late thirties, often visit, and they can be rather intimidating as well. (Tall, muscular, tattoos.) They're all three good guys; they just look rough.
Second: Do to our odd preferences, we would like any children from Cuba to be female, any from Ireland to be male, and any from the United States be deemed 'unadoptable' (for behavior or emotional reasons). If they are from the United States, we will take a male/female sibling pair or a male/male sibling pair, but children from Cuba or Ireland should be single.
Third: It would be "nice" if one or both of the American children had been sexually abused as well as physically and/or emotionally, as Lillian has experienced that from a brother (not one who's listed; we don't associate with him) and would like to help another child who has gone through that.
Fourth (summary of two and three):

1 Cuban female teenager - do not name Maria or Juanita on 'threat of death'*
1 Irish male teenager

I finally got around to it!
Carmen Graciela was taken in from the streets of Havana when she was 7 years old. She is now 14 and has been residing in an orphanage ever since. Due to malnutrition when she was young, Carmen is underweight, but she will be fine. She is tall for her age with long, straight, dark hair. Her eyes are a deep chocolate brown. She will need a lot of emotional support due to her lack of parental guidance for her entire life.
Riordan Padraic's parents died in a plane crash when he was 12. He is now 15. He had been residing with his grandmother, but she recently passed away due to illness. Riordan has medical depression, and must therefore be treated with care. It will most likely take a long period of time for him to adjust to having parents again. He is a little bit short, but not overly so, with light brown hair and a considerable amount of freckles. His eyes are hazel.
Everett Cole is a 16 year old boy from Detriot, Michigan. He was verbally, emotionally and physically abused by his mother until the age of 10, when child services intervened. He has permanant scarring on his back from abuse, but it does not effect his daily life. He may mistrust his adopters for the first few weeks of his life in a new home due to his violent past with parental figures. He is small for his age with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Holly Katherine is Everett's twin sister. She was also abused by her mother, though not as violently as Everett was. In the 6th grade one of her teachers sexually abused her multiple times before she told authorities. She will need to see a therapist and serious emotional problems should be expected. She is average height and has curly blonde hair and the same eyes as her brother.
