I really like Francis and have always envisioned a little blonde haired, blue eyed boy when I hear the name. I also like Frances for a girl. I think it would work well for a person of all ages.
Francis Xavier is an awesome name. I just like those combination of letters together. I would go with that over Francis Peter.
