And Marie Antoinette's real name was Maria Antonia! It was only when she moved to France that they changed the most common transcription of her name! Are you going to say you can't use any female form of Anthony?
Lots of Leopolds, going back hundreds and hundreds of years! Even before the Renaissance they went back hundreds and hundreds of years! Will you let one spoil everything?
