Oh dear. I don't like it as a name.
Its has a lovely exotic and mysterious feel, I suppose, but it also sounds markedly similar to eejit (Irish slang for idiot).
I also think naming after a country isn't a good idea as a general rule, especially one so exotic. What happens if this poor little girl is dumpy, unnattractive and gauche? Its tempting fate in my opinion.
Having said that, as a middle name, its passable.
