My cat's name is
Kayla, but I didn't pick it. The shelter named her that, probably to go with her liter-mate,
Layla. I was so excited and overwhelmed at the time (first pet, after years and years of begging for one) I heard the name and said "Yeah, that's good, I'll keep it." even though I wasn't really keen on it. Good associations have caused it to grow on my quite a bit.
I think
Kaila looks nicer, with the straight vertical lines and only "a's."
