I don't care for Neron for a real person, but I think it would work well for a male fantasy or sci-fi character.

Linnea - Either light or dark hair.
Lotus - Dark hair, but this could work for a light-haired character too.
Amaryllis - This would work best for a dark-haired character, I think.
Marigold - Light hair.
Acacia - Either.
Aster - Light hair seems best for this one.
Angelica - Either.
Amaranth - Dark hair probably.
Acantha - Dark hair.
Zepyranth - Dark hair.
Bryony - Light hair.
Dahlia - Dark hair.
Daffodil - Light hair.
Hyacinth - Either.
Jessamine - Dark hair.
Lilac - Light hair.
Lily - Light hair.
Peony - Either.
Primrose - Light hair.
Blossom - Light hair.
Tansy - Light hair.
Magnolia - Either.
Lavender - Light hair, I think.
