I hadn't heard Leila pronounced lee-EYE-la before. I'm not too keen on it. LEE-la, LIE-la, and LAY-la are prettier. From my experience, most people named Leila pronounce it LEE-la (rhyming with Sheila), but since a decent number of people also pronounce it LIE-la or LAY-la, it can get confusing.
