As beata said, Ondrea is a variant of Andrea. It is the female form of Ondrej, which is the Polish, Czech and Baltic form of Andrew. Click on the links for more info.

eeer... correctionOndrej is the Czech, Slovak and Baltic form of Andrew. The Polish form of Andrew is Andrzej.[Baltic = used in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and, I think, some parts of Ukraine]
