You sound like my father. He makes up a nickname for everybody. :)
I don't think being called Willie/Willy on occasion is such a big deal. I don't care for the nickname, but it's not THAT bad. Nicknames are often silly or cute.
Lolita, in my opinion, is too sleazy to use on a child.
