This is hard because almost all of my favorites can be shortened somehow.

Leo
Asa
Cain

Bridget
Athena
Daphne

You could still shorten those, I guess, but they wouldn't be common nicknames.

Oooh, how did I forget Asa!?

Bridget -Bridie seems to be quite common in Australia and there's also Biddy but I guess that's not used much today
