The people rejoice the birth of Prince Raphael, who is born healthy and strong. He is born exactly 9 months after the King and Queen's wedding night. As the first born son he will be heir to the kingdom. He has black hair like his father and blue eyes like his mother. King Valentine has black hair and green eyes. Queen Cordelia has blonde hair and blue eyes.
As Prince Raphael gets older - as the tradition is - he will gain a title to his name. They pronounce Xavier like ig-ZAY-vee-ər. Cordelia likes to call her son Raphie for short. His father has been calling him his little Rapier. Taking the Rap from Raphael and the ier from Xavier.
