I saw it on that show too. However, I thought they pronounced it Mih-kay-lay. The way I heard it, it sounded too similiar to Michaela to be used in todays times. Also, I think if you are using it in an English speaking area you would always have to correct people because they would likely want to say "Michelle" or confuse it for a typo on correspondence. It sounded cool though.
