Tubrit, -itt, -rid: fairly rare: Wexford. Waterford etc. In Irish Ó Tiobraide, from tiobraid, meaning a "well" ... despite its locative sense, a patronymic name associated with Clare ...

Just FYI ...Tipperary comes from Tiobraid-Arann ...."the well of Ara" ...'Ara' being possibly derived from "height" or "slaughter" ...
