It depends of the language you are considering.
In French it's [ah-leh-KSAWN*-drə] and in Portuguese it's [uh-lə-SHUN*-drə]. In both cases the "n" is nasal and the final "e" is mute (I represented it with "ə", but the exact sound doesn't exist in English). It would be similar to the end of words like Alice or fluke.
