Rachel, seeing as it's my name. It's the most common spelling and people still seem to have trouble with it. (I've gotten Rachael, Rachal, Racheal, Rachele, and once, I think my school managed to get my surname stuck in my first name and I got Ratzel).
Raquel and usually Rachelle are pronounce differently. I wouldn't even consider Raquel the same name.

Raquel is the Spanish and Porteuguse form of Rachel so that's why I put it up there--even though it's not the same name it really is a form of Rachel.
