The surnames is a variant of FATTORE. It derives from the italian word "fattore".
Fattorini is mainly a surname of the Centre of Italy

On a translation site, I found that "fattore" means "factor" in English ...

A "fattore" is a land-agent a person who is charged with the administration of a farm.
